In the school hallway in Geor­gia, Douglas County, a brutal teen beating was shown in a video. No one reported the beating but a 15-yr-old student was charged with two felonies. The students, afraid of retaliation did not tell anybody what they witnessed. “If you tell anybody, you’ll be bullied too.” One mother hearing of this sent her son back to the Philip­pines.
