The photo of their date circulated online amid their efforts to keep their relationship private.

The couple first had a simple celebration in a hotel in Makati, showbiz news site Philippine Entertainment Portal reported.

Later that day, they were spotted with Paolo at the City Kart Racing in Makati City.

Rumors about the couple’s alleged breakup surfaced late last year, which they both  denied in separate interviews. (PH.)
