Trying something different is also one way of learning new things especially in discovering and understanding of new places, people, food and culture. Of course, the process has to be governed with enough common sense and guided information before the exploration starts. As an example, I personally find travelling as the most interesting and a quick way of learning about a certain place’s distinct natural resources through leisure driving. Good and relaxing as well as refreshing to the critical pair of God’s gift of sight to pan around the place are bonuses to the long weekend break from daily routine.

Food is always part of every activity of a travel buff. A short visit in a small town local produce store will tell us about the crops and entrepreneurial spirit of the people. What drives these people to make overall life useful for today and the future? The answer is something that an enthusiastic tourist should not be missed when going into the process of introspection, a personal observation or examination of one’s own mental and emotional state, in relation to the environment.

Writing about a travel enthusiasts recent experience, I couldn’t help my jaw to expand downward when I heard the story of an urban practicing Geologist who decided to explore South Africa’s wild Safari forest. He happened to grab a nice, appetizing-look fruit eaten by the chimpanzees. He theorized that if the fruit is eaten by the chimpanzees, it can be eaten by humans. He ate the fruit and ended up in the hospital due to excruciating pain of the stomach.

Luckily, they have available ‘inject able’ medicine to ease the effect of the ‘unfriendly’ enzymes to humans which were friendly to chimpanzees. Despite of numerous scientific researches establishing the similarities of chimpanzees and humans, still weighted 2% difference should be taken seriously.

Spring is about to reach it’s end, taking advantage of sunny long weekend brought us to explore the beautiful breathtaking sceneries of Oregon Coast. We heard our soul’s craving for a quiet and reflective moments with a solemn the Passion of Christ and joyful celebration of Easter.

Appreciating nature as well as the best of Oregon, we had a chance to check out Tillamook County Creamery Association makers of world’s famous Tillamook Cheese http://www.tillamook.com. We highly recommend this place for great cheese tasting adventure and added knowledge of cheese processing. Discover the mouthwatering products like ice-cream, fudge candies, baked products, yogurts and a lot more.
