Childhood innocence gets played for laughs in Diary of A Wimpy Kid: Dog Days, I think the third in the phenomenally successful kids flicks from 20th Century Fox now showing at the Empire Studio 12, Colossus and Cineplex Odeon Theatres across B.C. Parents looking for a “safe” picture to take little tykes to will find Diary to be to their liking. Just like the first two Wimpy Kids movies all the action here centres around the Heffley family, particularly 10 year old something Greg. Consider Greg to be the ultimate nerd and he’s deliciously depicted in all his youthful innocence by Zachary Gordon.
