IZA Calzado denies that she initiated the break-up between her and former boyfriend Atticus King, son of a hotel magnate. But neither was it Atticus, Iza adds. In that case, who was the culprit? Well, her lips are sealed, she says. But she has remained friends with Atticus, she said. And with his family as well.
“Naging napakabait nila sa akin. At mababait pa rin sila sa akin ngayon,” she declared. She plans to remain loveless and focus on her showbiz career instead. She thinks she’s doing well. She is glad she has a movie to be shown in the coming Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF). Titled “Ang Panday,” it is a sequel to an MMFF entry two years ago.
Again, Senator Bong Revilla is playing her leading man. Also in the cast are the stars of the first “Ang Panday” she appeared in: Phillip Salvador and Rhian Ramos. “Pero, dito sa sequel, makakasama na naming si Marian Rivera. Pati na sina Lucy Torres at Alice Dixson, who are both playing special roles,” she states. She, likewise, reveals that in Aga Muhlach’s Twitter account, he mentioned that he is eyeing her to play his leading lady in an upcoming movie. Aga didn’t mention the title, though, nor the production. But no matter, Iza stresses, what’s important is that Aga wants her for his leading lady in a movie.
