A court in Warsaw, Poland ordered Tyson to pay $48,000 in compensation to the Polish organizer of the gala, Tomasz Babilonski, who sued Tyson in March. Babilonski also sued Tyson’s manager Carl Holness. The two must also pay the court costs equivalent to $20,000 in 14 days.

Terms of the pretrial agreement cited in documents filed Tuesday in US District Court in Las Vegas are confidential, said Malcolm LaVergne, a lawyer representing Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s father in the case.
